Path 1 is for the most academic students. This path requires that students take at least four AS-Level courses, it is expected that in A2 they will continue with all four A-Levels. To qualify for path 1 students must have GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above and a further 5 GCSEs at grade B or above.

Path 2 is suitable for students who want to take up more vocational courses like BTEC or OCR National Diplomas, though these can be mixed with AS levels. These students will work towards the equivalent of 1 or 2 A-Levels. To qualify for path 2, students must have achieved at least 5 grade C's at GCSE.
Single options worth 1 A-level - ICT, Business, Public Services, Health + Social Care, Media, 3D Design
Double options worth 2 A-levels - Diploma in Sport, Business, Public Services, Health + Social Care, Media, 3D Design
Path 3 is our Academies route; this is a complete course and is equivalent to 3/4 A-Levels. These courses are for students who have a clear idea about what they want to do for their career. The courses are created from a combination of several subjects which are closely related, so preparing students for a specific line of work. To qualify for path 3 students must attain at least 5 grade Cs at GCSE.
Path 4 is our Level 2 courses. This route if for students who would like to progress on to A-Level courses but haven't yet achieved enough GCSE A to C grades to access the courses. Qualification for path 4 is based on the students prior performance.
